No, BioShock Infinite only has one ending. This is, unfortunately, a significant regression compared to the previous two parts of the series. There are a few moments in the game where you have to make a choice, but none of them will affect the ending. The finale is scripted and always the same. BaS absolutely exists in a different universe from the one we played in Infinite because Anna doesn't die in the reality we know. The only perspective that matters in the story is Elizabeth, and Ken Levine has confirmed that she's one and the same as the one from Infinite, which means she carries all the memories of what Comstock was capable of, including the memories of her being brainwashed
